1. About Film Fridge Mag
Film Fridge Mag is a film photography publication and community focused on film photography, photographers, cameras, film stocks, photo stories, interviews, and creative work.
We also offer photography-related products, including used and vintage cameras and equipment.

3. Products and Camera Sales
Film Fridge Mag may sell used, vintage, collectible, and previously owned cameras and photography equipment.
Because many of our products are used or vintage:
Normal signs of use, wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic imperfections may be present.
Product descriptions and photographs are intended to accurately represent the condition of the individual item.
Buyers should review the photographs, descriptions, included accessories, and condition information before purchasing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product listing, accessories not shown or mentioned in the listing are not included.
Camera functionality may vary depending on the age and design of the equipment.
When we test a camera, we will describe the testing and known issues as accurately as reasonably possible.
4. Product Availability and Pricing
All products are subject to availability.
Because many of the cameras we sell are individual used items, an item may only be available in a quantity of one.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or listing errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error. If an order is canceled, any payment received for that order will be refunded.
5. Orders and Payment
An order is considered accepted when Film Fridge Mag confirms the order.
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when an item is unavailable, a listing contains an obvious error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is shipped.
6. Shipping
We will ship orders according to the shipping information provided on the website or at checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated processing time.
If we are unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will communicate the delay and provide the customer with applicable options. Federal rules impose requirements on online sellers when merchandise cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may depend on the shipping carrier and are outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Unless a product listing states otherwise, eligible camera and equipment purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return:
Contact Film Fridge Mag within 30 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
The item must include any accessories that were included with the original purchase.
The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item for return.
Items that have been intentionally damaged, modified, repaired, altered, or significantly changed after delivery may not qualify for a return.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the item was incorrect, defective as described, or damaged due to shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.
8. Used and Vintage Equipment
Used and vintage cameras can have characteristics associated with their age and previous use.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, Film Fridge Mag does not guarantee that a vintage or used camera will perform to the same standards as a modern camera.
Any known functional issues that we discover during testing will be disclosed in the product listing to the best of our ability.
Customers should carefully review each individual product listing before purchasing.
9. Photography Submissions
Photographers may submit their work to Film Fridge Mag through our submission process.
By submitting photographs or other materials, you represent that:
You own the work or have permission to submit it.
Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright or other rights.
You have obtained any permissions necessary for identifiable people, private property, or other protected material when applicable.
Submitting work does not transfer ownership or copyright of your photographs to Film Fridge Mag unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Film Fridge Mag may use submitted work for purposes directly related to publishing, promoting, and sharing the feature or submission, according to the permissions and submission terms provided at the time of submission.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All original Film Fridge Mag website content, including our logo, branding, written articles, graphics, website design, and original materials, belongs to Film Fridge Mag or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our original content without permission.
Photographs submitted by photographers remain the property of their respective copyright owners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Photographer Features
Film Fridge Mag may publish photographer interviews, photographs, photo sets, and other creative work.
Photographers retain ownership of their submitted photographs unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Film Fridge Mag may edit interview responses for formatting, spelling, grammar, length, or editorial presentation while attempting to preserve the photographer's intended meaning.
